TRIP INN JET HOTEL Zürich Airport

We stayed at TRIP INN JET HOTEL Zürich Airport for an entire week and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable — just a 2-minute walk from both the train and bus station, which made it incredibly easy for us to explore Zurich and take day trips across Switzerland with no stress. The breakfast was great every morning: fresh, well-stocked, and perfect to kickstart a day of travel. Most of all, the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and convenient — exactly what we needed. We truly had a wonderful time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Clean, neat, spacious room and bathroom and balcony was a bonus! Views are lovely from the hotel and the location is ideal, as located near train/bus stops and didnt find it overly noisy being near the airport! Good options for a quick breakfast, all fresh! Most staff are accommodating and friendly

I have reduced mobility, which requires special accommodations, and I was delighted to find that everything was perfectly arranged for my comfort. What particularly impressed me was the proactive and continuous communication from the hotel. The staff sent multiple messages before my arrival, confirming all details and addressing any possible concerns I might have. They even called me at the exact time I had requested to ensure everything would go smoothly. This level of dedication and care is something I truly appreciate. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and assisted with the check-in process. The receptionist, who was exceptionally kind and professional, personally ensured that I was settled comfortably in my room. The room itself was elegant, well-equipped, and provided a truly relaxing atmosphere, while the bathroom was modern and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was another highlight, generously prepared and tailored to my dietary needs. Every small detail was considered, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of hospitality. I sincerely appreciate the exceptional service, warm hospitality, and genuine care shown by the entire team. Their dedication to guest satisfaction makes this hotel truly special. Third stay with them - good overall. Met the owner who was good. The staff are usually excellent_ Nicky and Tim both are great front desk and helpful guys The cappuccino is surely a good choice + location and easiness to ZRH helps
